Having completed the acquisition of leading Hybris market companies, such as Gigya, CallidusCloud and CoreSystems, SAP now connects solutions to support all front-line functions, such as consumer data protection, marketing, commerce, sales and customer service. client.
Its four fundamental pillars remain: Marketing, Commerce, Sales and Service. Callidys Cloud is integrated to Sales Cloud, CoreSystems will enhance Service Cloud, and Gigya supports Customer Data Cloud.
